    健康源自病因的究竟解决

    方式一:调养呵护

    由于工作环境和饮食习惯引起的体内营养长期失衡,导致体内糖类和油脂类营养代谢失衡,营养素相对过剩堆积于体内无法正常代谢。由于是营养失衡导致的肥胖,所以过度运动和节食无法实现目的,并且这样做在体内营养严重失衡的情况下,随内脏的损伤尤为严重,身体会进一步困倦,体重进一步失去控制。
